Thee Baker Drea \u2014 Order Policy Overview
At Thee Baker Drea, every order is prepared with care, creativity, and attention to detail. To provide every customer with a smooth and reliable ordering experience, please review the following policies before placing your order.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before pickup. Orders that have not been paid in full will not be completed or released.
Customers will receive an order confirmation 24 hours before pickup, including the scheduled pickup time and location. Please arrive on time. If an issue arises regarding the pickup location or schedule, communication is important, and accommodations may be possible when discussed in advance. A $20 late fee per hour applies to late pickups.
Orders totaling more than $100 may qualify for delivery. Delivery fees are $25 for Brooklyn, $30 for Queens and the Bronx, and $40 for Staten Island and New Jersey. Party packages already include delivery and setup at no additional charge.
For customized orders, customers must provide clear inspiration photos or examples of the requested design. If no reference photos are provided, the final creative direction will be left to Thee Baker Drea, and the customer remains responsible for payment.
Please disclose all allergies, dietary restrictions, or special ingredient requirements when placing your order, including requests such as peanut-free, Halal, vegan, or sugar-free. If no restrictions are provided, the order will be prepared using the bakery’s standard ingredients. Please note that allergy disclosure does not by itself guarantee an allergen-free product unless the bakery specifically confirms that accommodation.
By submitting your order and deposit, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted Thee Baker Drea’s Order Policy.
